Progress Steps:
Each progress step will use a combination of scientific evidence-based approaches of
CBT, Mindfulness, ACT and Hypnotherapy, combined with Psychology.
Step one is compulsory on all programs. Other steps can be chosen, individual to you.
A minimum of three steps can be chosen in your journey.
