Stress is a normal human experience until it goes beyond a
healthy level which starts impacting on your life and health negatively.
I specialise in helping and empowering people to recognise,
manage and improve their stress levels by adopting
healthier lifestyle choices to improve both mental and physical health,
providing relaxation skills whilst building confidence and
resilience skills to overcome challenges
within education, studies or for further life challenges.
Interventions available:
Independent Therapy
Personal and bespoke, tailored to help you or
your child on a one to one basis.
I use a variety of Therapy approaches including:
CBH - CBT, Mindfulness, ACT,
and Hypnotherapy all integrated with Psychology.
To help change your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to healthier ones.

To help remove negative memories or negative learning experiences

Old Pain 2 Go
To help remove old pain signals and empower you against pain
We may use one specific approach or they may be combined.

'From Stress to Progress' packages
You choose the steps in your path of progress from stress.
Choose from Life Stress, Exam Stress and School/College/Uni Stress.

Dyslexia and Literacy Teaching
Sessions will combine dyslexia and literacy teaching
with Mindfulness, confidence and resilience skills training.
Poor literacy skills are often associated with stress, anxiety, depression,
poor confidence, low self-esteem and other mental health conditions
as well as limiting life opportunities.
Working together
We will work together to help you to improve your stress levels and
resilience skills by making a positive and
healthy change in your thoughts, feelings
and behaviours so that you will feel
better, have more confidence,
have better self-belief and self-esteem,
sleep better and start to enjoy life again.

I work with children over 7 years of age in a family centred approach.
Please note that this approach is not a replacement for CHUMS or CAMHS interventions.
